The latest addition to the polygamous Brown family, the second child of Robyn and Kody, was supposed to be born on January 7 but more than five days have passed from the due date, the baby girl has yet to come out to the world.
The baby girl will be the 18th member of the Brown family and reports have it that Robyn’s latest pregnancy and the littlest girl in the house shall be the focus of the American reality TV series “Sister Wives” when its Season 7 premieres on the TLC network soon.
The excitement of Robyn over her supposed delivery last January 7 was all over social media when she tweeted two days before the due date that they are all ready to meet the family’s baby sister. She also added in her post that she is trying to be patient but can’t wait to see her baby girl’s sweet face.
After January 7, Robyn once again tweeted that her baby girl seems to be prolonging the suspense for the polygamous family, notes the Christian Today.
On her latest tweet, she said that the due date has come and gone but her little girl has yet to come out.
Latest star of ‘Sister Wives’
The baby is expected to be the latest star in “Sister Wives” Season 7 and the attention of Kody would be further focused on her and her mother, which has reportedly been causing dissension among the three spiritual wives – Meri, Janelle, and Christine.
Because of the situation, there are speculations that the three women would soon be leaving Kody and the show not just because of the lack of attention that they have been getting from their common husband, but also on the way he treats each one of them.
Reports seem to confirm that Season 7 of “Sister Wives” will mostly be all about Robyn and that will heighten further with the birth of her baby girl, who is expected to bash on the spotlight of the TV show, notes the Christian Post.
However, fans of the show believe that the three spiritual wives shall also get their usual exposure on Season 7 of “Sister Wives” eventually because the show is about a polygamous family existing harmoniously despite the usual problems and struggles. It would no longer be a polygamous family, which is the gist of the show, should it come to the point when the three spiritual wives leave Kody for good.
Curtains for the show
If those rumors are true, then it should also be curtains for the popular show soon thereafter.
After the Season 6 series finale aired recently, it was seen that Kody Brown has focused his attention on his legal wife Robyn Sullivan, especially with the fact that she is pregnant with his second child.
Unfortunately, the situation has started to become untenable to his three spiritual wives that the three are contemplating of bolting out of the Brown house for good.
If and when his three spiritual wives leave Kody, then he will end up not having a polygamous family at all and thus, there is no use for the continuance of the show.
Critics believe that the speculations are only meant to drumbeat and hype the excitement for the upcoming seventh season of “Sister Wives” due to premiere this year, although TLC has not yet announced its exact air date.
Viewers have seen that Kody successfully won the legal battle to adopt the three children of his new wife Robyn during Season 6. It was in fact, his primary reason for divorcing Meri in September 2014 and subsequently marrying Robyn in December 2014.
In addition to lacking the husband attention that they deserve, there are also reports that Kody is reportedly bullying his three spiritual wives because he likes to spend his time a lot with Robyn.
