‘Scandal’ Season 6 to Unfurl an Incredibly Great Story, Confirms Actor Who Plays President Fitzgerald Grant in the TV Series

It would really be exciting to see Olivia Pope working with Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis, in a high-profile crime case that may involve valuable people in the echelon of power in America.

The likelihood of a crossover between the two ABC drama series appears high since Shonda Rhimes is an executive producer for both shows. She is the showrunner for “Scandal” and also shares executive producer role in “How to Get Away with Murder” along with Betsy Beers, Bill D’Elia, and Peter Nowalk.

While ABC has not announced the exact premiere date of “Scandal” Season 6, network president Channing Dungey has confirmed that the upcoming season is going to be the show’s return to form.

During the ABC presentation at the Television Critics Association last month, Dungey explained that long-running shows normally undergo a little bit of ebb and flow. She disclosed that they have read the first scripts for Season 6 of “Scandal” and she describes it as fantastic.

She explained that for those who are saying that “Scandal” has somewhat lost steam and its original spark, they would be happy to know that the upcoming sixth season would feel very much like the TV series’ return to form.

Update: Season 7 is all systems go!
