That dual core processor is going to affect the overall speed of the actions on the device. Both have the same RAM, listed at 512MB, as well as 4GB of internal memory for both. The software and other hardware features is where the two smartwatches are going to differ. The LG G Watch R comes with Android Wear pre-installed, while the Samsung Gear S has the Samsung built Tizen software installed.
Other hardware that comes with the Samsung Gear S is Bluetooth 4.1 support, Wi-Fi support, 3G ready, Heart Rate Monitor, water and dust resistant rating and it will be available in black or white. Samsung has a good amount of the market share when it comes to the consumers buying in the category. The company is going to get attention from all consumers at first, regardless of what device is released.
