The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus that Apple launched in September last year simply swallowed the supposedly captured market for the Samsung Galaxy S5 launched in March last year, that the Korean tech company had to bleed for the sales of its 2014 flagship smartphone.
The problem was brought about by the fact that Samsung hardly made any major change on the Galaxy S5 compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S4, which turned off a good number of Samsung fanatics and forced them to choose the latest iPhones.
Apparently, Samsung has learned its lessons the hard way that is why when it was time to work on the Samsung Galaxy S6, it went seriously back to the drawing board and dubbed it as project zero, which means that the company was actually building a smartphone from the ground up.
True enough, the Samsung Galaxy S6 was not just a drastic deviation from the Samsung Galaxy S5, it was also an innovation marvel in terms of exterior appearance that many smartphone fans have started trooping back to their traditional favorite.
Some of the rumored features and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S7 include its reported crystal-clear 4K Super AMOLED display that shall be highlighted by the emergence of 4K technology on the device and other Samsung products henceforth.
