Samsung Galaxy S7 is the Korean Tech Giant’s Device That is Closest to Perfection

The website notes that last year, the Galaxy S6 Edge was a side show, but this year, the Galaxy S7 Edge was definitely the main event.

The Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge were officially unveiled last month during the Samsung press conference at the start of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016. The smartphones were then made available for pre-order straight away.

The device was initially available to some countries and regions earlier this month and is slated for a European and North American release on March 11.

Apple has a lot of serious work to do so their upcoming flagship devices, the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7S, can keep up with Samsung’s latest releases.

Reports state that the Galaxy S7 places the company an inch closer to perfection and with the high-end technology and functionality, who knows what the future Samsung flagship iterations can do.

As per The Verge, the Galaxy S7 is sold for $650-$695 while the Galaxy S7 Edge carries a price tag of $750-$795. Some prices vary depending on mobile carriers.

Analysts suggest that for those who can wait before they switch, it is better to wait for at least three months because a price drop of about 21% is expected after the company has already gained their sales for the first quarter.

Also, expect that its predecessor, the Galaxy S6 and its variants, the Galaxy S6 Edge and the Galaxy S6 Edge+, will have a huge slash from their original retail prices.
