With that being said, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) and the Galaxy J5 (2016) are expected to be launched and make it to the retail markets anytime from March 12 onwards.
However, latest reports now indicate that the Galaxy J7 (2016) and the Galaxy J5 (2016) will come out in June this year and allow its predecessors to complete its customary one-year market cycle.
Critics believe that it would be a good move for Samsung since it has to allow its latest flagship smartphones to gain steam first in the market before launching another handset or handsets. The three-month period from March until June would be enough for the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge to establish themselves as the Android smartphones to beat this year.
Based on the numerous leaks making the rounds on the internet, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) shall sport a 5.5-inch display with a remarkable 1,920 x 1,080 screen resolution.
In addition to its two processor options, the Galaxy J7 (2016) shall also come with add-on features like accelerometer, Bluetooth, compass, GPS, light sensor, NFC, proximity, and Wi-Fi.
When Samsung dropped the Galaxy J7 (2015) last year, it was meant to take advantage of the so-called Selfie Generation with its tailored front-facing camera complete with flash. The Galaxy J7 (2016) will sustain that aspiration from the Korean tech giant.
