The Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) and the Galaxy J5 (2016) really pack some punches as midrange smartphones. Both have very interesting hardware and their design features a metal frame.
The Galaxy J7 (2016) has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD resolution and shall run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. It is to be powered by an octa-core processor running at 1.6GHz and supported by 3GB of RAM. It shall also come with 16GB of internal storage with an option to expand up to 128GB via microSD card.
The Galaxy J5 (2016), on the other hand, features a smaller 5.2-inch super AMOLED screen with HD resolution. It has a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor under the hood with 2GB of RAM. It shall also come out running Android 5.1 Lollipop with 16GB of internal storage with provision for expansion up to 128GB through a microSD card.
Both smartphones also feature a 13-megapixel camera on their back and a 5-megapixel front snapper. Their cameras also have f/1.9 aperture lens and an LED flash.
Many critics believe that the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) will do well in the Indian market the way its predecessor did when it was officially released in June of last year.
