On the other hand, some have pointed out that it could be a smarter move for them to wait a little and see how things work out with the release of the Galaxy C9 Pro exactly. After all, there were rumors that the company could have a more major problem in their manufacturing which led to the issues with the Note 7, and it’s not known if this extends to other devices too or not.
With that in mind, it could be better for Samsung to wait for any potential problems to pop up, and if the situation looks clear, then make the C9 Pro available to the rest of the world. Otherwise, they could risk quite a lot if there is another incident similar to the one with the Note 7.
Of course, the company would still have a big problem if something like this happened with the Chinese model just as well, but at least then they wouldn’t have to deal with a worldwide recall, and the situation would be lighter on them in many ways.
They would also not get so much press exposure, depending on how quickly they address the situation on the Chinese market. But of course, this all presumes that Samsung will even have a problem with the release of the Galaxy C9 Pro in the first place, and we don’t really have a reason to believe that right now.
