A lot of storylines have to be expanded on in the next season of “Teen Wolf”, and reports indicate that the show’s producers have actually faced some difficulties in trying to figure out how to put everything together and still give each part of the plot sufficient attention. Recently, Ryan Kelley, one of the actors on the show, gave an interview in which he shed some light on what fans could expect from the fifth season of the show.
According to Kelley, the show’s producers are keeping a close eye on online discussions, and are actually quite interested in the ways fans are speculating about the future developments of the story. Such discussions apparently play a major role in determining how the next episodes of the show are going to be written, with the producers trying to meet some of the fans’ most common expectations. Of course, this doesn’t mean that they’re outright taking ideas for their story from fans’ posts online, but it’s good to see that fans can actually have some influence on where the show goes.
One of the main points that has been speculated on, is the kind of being that Deputy Jordan Parrish will be revealed to be. Ryan Kelley, who plays the character on the show, stated that he’s actually quite interested in that part of fan speculation in particular, and he has been following some online discussions himself. The actor didn’t reveal which message boards in particular he frequents, so fans who are actively discussing the show online might want to consider that they’re actually being watched by actors and producers working on it.
It’s curious to note that Kelley himself still doesn’t know the nature of his character, as it’s a secret being kept from even most of the actors on the show. According to the actor, part of the reason he’s been reading online discussions has been so that he himself could get ideas on what to expect from the script for the show’s fifth season. It’s not clear whether Kelly actually participates in those discussions or merely observes them though, although fans would certainly find it exciting to know that some post they’ve once replied to was made by Kelley.
2015 will see the return of the show for its fifth season, and it’s expected that the very first episodes are going to introduce some interesting developments to the storyline, while also tying up some loose ends from the last season. The producers are apparently trying to make some changes to the overall pacing of the show’s episodes, and hopefully any changes in this regard will not upset fans too much.
