Other characters have been having their own small developments here and there too, such as Chloe and Dov who aren’t going to remain on friendly terms, while Jarvis gives Chris some advice about his future relationship and tells him to be careful.
Juliet also had some admissions to make of her own, letting Nick know that she’s been working with Internal Affairs, which of course he didn’t take lightly. This kind of betrayal was apparently something he didn’t really expect to get from her, and it struck him quite badly.
No matter where the show heads to now, one thing is for sure – its next episodes are going to be pretty dramatic as they’re going to have to deal with the fallout from the last one, and the events that we saw unfold are going to have implications on the story for a long time in the future.
Because of this, fans of the show believe that this was one of the strongest episodes they’ve seen from it for a while, and it will likely retain that reputation for some time now, unless the producers are planning something even more dramatic sometime soon. We wouldn’t put it past them to be planning to ramp up the dramatic developments for a few more episodes, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
