Rookie Blue Season 6 Finale Reconciles a lot of Plot Lines, Leaves Fans Happy!

The last episode for this season of “Rookie Blue” was quite intense, but many fans of the show had been waiting for something like this for a long time now. All important characters of the show had their own struggles and specific plot lines addressed, and if season 7 of the show does happen (which is still under question), it looks like fans are in for a big treat once the story continues. But for now, what happened in the final episode of this season, and how did the different plotlines play out?

The main focus was of course on the wedding of Andy and Sam, and the two of them were quite cute going about their preparations and trying to hide their obvious excitement for one another. The whole event had a pretty major impact on both of them, and it was obvious that they were putting a lot of effort into trying to not look alarmed, but they both had some reservations about the whole thing.

The wedding affected other characters on the show as well, such as Traci who had to skip it in the last minute as she was tangled up with work. Of course, it wouldn’t be a true “Rookie Blue” episode if there wasn’t some crime to be solved, and the writers still gave their characters something good to chase after with this episode.

However, this time it turned out that the whole thing was a red herring and there was no actual murder at all – just an incident that had been framed the wrong way, and after everyone realized what was going on, people headed back to resume the wedding and it looked like the episode was going to continue on a mostly lighthearted note.

Things get messy quickly though, as Andy find herself in the middle of yet another accident, this time a more serious one – someone has been stabbed, and the story seems quite unclear. And to make matters worse, the suspect steals her car and drives away, leaving her completely stranded and without immediate help. Of course, her problems don’t end there either, as she has to deal with poor reception as she’s trying to get a hold of Duncan in order to get some help, and that proves a bit more difficult than she initially hoped, leading to even more trouble for the stranded bride.

Of course, in the end everything works out one way or another, and the characters resolve their problems and head off to the wedding to finally see it commencing. The wedding itself was done in a bit of a cheesy way, according to some fans, but that’s just part of the show’s charm for most people and everyone seems to have enjoyed the way the plot played out. In the end, there weren’t too many ways in which the story could be tied up with regards to the wedding between these two characters, and it looks like the writers really did put a lot of effort into coming up with a non-cheesy story.

There are also some rearrangements inside the team itself that characters have to adjust to, but nothing too serious, and it looks like everyone was mostly happy with how the story ended after the wedding. Some fans apparently expected something more from the whole scene, but we don’t know what else the producers could have done to make it more interesting and exciting for everyone.
