What do customers want to see from this device anyway? This is a bit of a puzzling question that seems to have even the companies themselves stumped, as there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer in sight.

The company can benefit a lot from paying more attention to their marketing right now, as they will need to bring a lot of attention to the Roku 4.
