Rick’s ex-wife is also set to make an appearance in Rick and Morty Season 3. Her presence will surely surprise the whole family.
Season 3 will have villains apart from the good characters. Reports suggest that Evil Morty will come in from a different dimension and create trouble. Evil Morty will capture Rick once he escapes from the Federation prison. It will be the responsibility of Morty and his apprentice, Summer to get Rick away from the clutches of Evil Morty.
Since there hasn’t been any announcement about the upcoming season, fans have accepted that the show isn’t going to premiere by the end of 2016. They will have to wait for the third season until 2017. The fans will be happy to know that Rick and Morty Season 3 is going to have 14 episodes, instead of 10 like the previous season.
Mike Mahan, the writer, has asked the viewers not to worry about the delay. He said that the team is working on the season, and the wait is going to be worth the time. The fans are ready to wait for a longer time if it guarantees them a stellar season.
