‘Rick and Morty’ Improvised Episode Coming Next Month at Animation Breakdown 2015!

Season 2 of the adult animation TV series “Rick and Morty” on Adult Swim has just wrapped up on October 4 and Season 3 is still more than a year away, but reports have it that fans will have the opportunity to see an improvised episode of the show next month.

It turns out that show creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon will be participating in Animation Breakdown 2015 to be held in Los Angeles next month where they shall be representing “Rick and Morty.”

However, in order to highlight their participation, they shall reportedly feature an improvised episode of “Rick and Morty” which shall be shown during the event. It would be nothing like any episode shown during Season 2, nor will it be an advance episode of the upcoming Season 3, which is why some are referring to it as “Rick and Morty” episode 2.5.

The information was disclosed by Cinefamily, where the December event shall be held, via Twitter and its own website, notes iDigital Times.

In the post of Cinefamily on Twitter, it said that Season 2 of “Rick and Morty” is over and the wait for Season 3 seems eternal. It added that fans are in luck because they got them covered by stating that Roiland and Harmon will have an improvised episode of the popular adult animated TV series in the event next month.

Accordingly, Justin Roiland will make use of a Cintiq tablet and accompany it with improvised insanity as well as live drawing to ensure high energy madness at the event.

A “Rick and Morty” video game

Justin Roiland has said on Twitter that he already started writing for Season 3 of “Rick and Morty” although it is still months away from its release date.

For his part, Dan Harmon revealed that there are now plans to make a video game of the adult animation TV series.

He said that if and when the “Rick and Morty” video game happens, he would like to see a marriage of “Minecraft” as the lo-fi thing in exchange for the amazing creation of the world that people walk into.

By blending that technology, the game will have a portal gun which gamers can shoot and go to specific dimensions. But there should also be the option to just go to random ones that are put together, details iSchoolguide.

Harmon also disclosed that the show has hired a bunch of writers to help Justin with the development of the storylines. He added that there was a craving for a gender balance in the writers’ rooms that the series previously never had. However, he says that he is also very proud of the fact that they did not compromise “Rick and Morty” in pursuit of such craving.

Starting writing work early

Barely a month after the Season 2 finale of “Rick and Morty,” co-creator Justin Roiland has started writing for the Season 3 of the TV series beginning on November 2.

Roiland alluded to the start of his work when he tweeted on November 1 that he is going to have a hangover for the first day of Season 3 writing the following day. He was perhaps alluding that that there was some sort of celebration on November 1 and that would require him to drink a lot, which means that he will have a major hangover the following day.

Then on November 4, he posted again on Twitter by saying that he has been wearing the same pair of shorts for the last six days. He said that he would still wear it again the following day because the shorts feel clean to him.

So if there is anybody who knows the spoilers or plotlines for Season 3 of “Rick and Morty” other than Justin Roiland, it is no other than his shorts.

Fans believe that Justin Roiland’s shorts have been there and will continue to be there for all of “Rick and Morty” Season 3 development.
