The Resident Evil 7 is set is Louisiana, a state in southern part of America. The players would be seen going through numerous locked rooms and looking for the right keys to unlock rooms further ahead in the game. The players are also expected to remember how to go about the exit strategy to run away from evil.
The game will also include retro objects spread across which one might either need to collect or find hints in certain situations. They might have to combine two objects to solve the game puzzles which they would not know for sure unless they arrive at a point wherein it is necessary.
The game is also supposed to support the Virtual Reality feature which will add to the horror experience of the players.This feature is supposed to be the biggest selling point in the eyes of the fans, which will not let the pause the game so easily.
The game will require more puzzle solving, combat and resource management techniques from the players. The addition of the magical herbs is also supposed to add to the joy of the players as it is something that the fans have been looking for in the game since 1996.
