‘Reign’ Season 3 Gets a Return Date of April 25, The CW Confirms

At the English Court, Anna Popplewell’s Lola arrives at Queen Elizabeth’s turf but learns that Liz has no intention of releasing her family.

Queen Elizabeth also got poisoned and lost her baby. She and Charlie Carrick’s Robert Dudley also decided to part ways for both their safety.

The CW hasn’t released episode 11’s synopsis yet, but the promo for the upcoming episodes was already released. The teaser showed Queen Elizabeth accepting her fate and claiming that she will fight with fire.

Fans are also expecting that the identity of the person who poisoned Elizabeth’s tea and caused her miscarriage will be revealed when the show returns.

As per Entertainment Weekly, “Arrow” star John Barrowman will guest-star in the historical drama.

Barrowman will apparently portray Munro, a dangerous and charismatic Scottish clan leader who is apparently King Francis’ killer. Munro will appear in the penultimate episode of the season.

EW reports that Mary will have an awkward encounter with Barrowman’s character as she enters Scotland.

It will be recalled that earlier in Season 3 of “Reign,” Mary’s husband Francis, played by Toby Regbo, was killed when he engaged in a duel with Munro in order to save his wife’s life. Reports say that upon learning his identity, Mary will hold a grudge against Munro.
