Red Dead Redemption 2 Speculated To Be In Development, Possible November 2015 Release Date!

None can deny that GTA 5 is one of the best-selling games in the history of Rockstar Studios. It seems that Rockstar currently wishes to replicate the success of this franchise with their other IP. Rockstar’s senior engineer, Doron Feinstein teased this recently. He was a part of the team that worked on the Max Payne Franchise. He revealed on his LinkedIn page that he was currently working on a sequel for Rockstar’s famous IP. However, Feinstein did not go into any further details regarding what he was working on.

Rockstar has produced many wonderful titles like Manhunt, Red Dead Redemption and Bully among others. Even then, gamers suspect Feinstein might have teased the on-going development of Red Dead Redemption 2. Red Dead Redemption was a massive success when it was released. Similar to many other Rockstar titles, it featured an open-world gameplay with an Old Wild West setting. Gamers are greatly anticipating a sequel for this title.

Rumors indicate that Red Dead Redemption 2 might release by autumn, next year. Although Rockstar has not provided any info regarding the release, gamers predict that it will release on November 2015. Although no official statement was made, reports from an analyst indicate that Rockstar is geared up to introduce a new title, next year.

Rockstar further declared that they don’t usually hurry in making sequels. However, that does not mean that they will not eventually get back to it. Colin Sebastian, Baird Equity Research Analyst, stated that Red Dead Redemption 2 is expected to be announced before the end of 2014.

If this piece of rumor turns out to be true, Rockstar will possibly announce this upcoming title early next year. Presently, Rockstar is famous all over the world due to its uber-popular titles that feature their signature open-world formula.

Their open-world gaming franchises are bound to make any developer jealous. Rockstar’s GTA 5 is the fastest and highest-selling entertainment property of all time. This Scottish developer has proved that they can apply their GTA skills to many other IPs as well. These include popular games like Red Dead Redemption. As a result, gamers expect to see many new GTA-type features introduced in the Wild West setting of Red Dead Redemption 2.
