Most likely, the latest addition to the “Red Dead” franchise will be playable on PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
However, if Sony will release the PlayStation 5 and Microsoft launches the Xbox Two by 2020, then Rockstar has the option to release the game through the latest gaming consoles as well.
While there has been no official confirmation from Rockstar that a sequel to the popular video game is already in the works, the game developer is known to hold their projects under wraps and surprise their fans.
There are reports surfacing that Rockstar is working on their projects one at a time just like Square Enix is doing.
Reports claim that Rockstar is focusing on the development of the DLCs for “GTA Online” before putting its full attention to the development of “Red Dead Redemption 2.”
Square Enix has done the same thing when they put “Kingdom Hearts 3” on hold to focus on “Final Fantasy XV.” The two games have the same team working on them and it would be impossible to juggle work on the two games.
Now, “Final Fantasy XV” is set to launch this coming September and Square Enix has confirmed that they are now working on the latest addition to the “Kingdom Hearts” franchise.
