Rapper A$AP Rocky is not being coy about his feelings with pop singer Rihanna as he openly professed his love to the “Diamonds” singer in his new song titled “Jukebox Joints.”
There have been rumors back in 2013 that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were dating which began when they did a music together titled “Work” and also filmed a music video of the same song.
There were even photos showing that the two were kissing. Eventually, reports came out that the two were dating and that they were just on a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship. The supposed affair was short-lived though.
Now, it is not clear if the two musicians are back together again given the confidence of A$AP Rocky to openly profess her love to Rihanna in a new song in his newly-released album titled “At Long Last A$AP,” reports Hollywood Life.
He was supposed to roll out his new album on June 2 but for some reason, it was released on May 26 or a week early.
Rihanna is written all over the song
More than his new album, it was actually the song “Jukebox Joints” that got people’s attention on A$AP Rocky’s new music. The song features a verse that explicitly referred to Rihanna and the love he’s got for her.
While the song did not specifically mentioned Rihanna, it was obvious from the lyrics that she was the one being describe by A$AP Rocky.
He mentioned about a pretty big forehead bitch and he also said in the song Cinderlla’s under my umbrella for different weather. He followed it with Ella, Ella, ay just play it like I didn’t tell ya.
Rihanna has a big forehead, and she sang the song “Umbrella.” Even the words Ella, Ella, is an excerpt from her “Umbrella” song so it is obvious that A$AP Rocky was referring to her. It would not even require a genius to figure that out.
The latest person to be linked to Rihanna this year is Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio. There have been previous reports that their relationship was getting serious but it seems that it is not the case. Rihanna is quick to move on from her past relationships and it is not clear if she and Leo are formally over.
Alarmed
Late last month, Rihanna got alarmed that a video footage of her wildly partying during the Coachella Music Festival could harm her budding movie career and possibly nipped it in the bud.
During the party celebration after the annual Coachella Music Festival held earlier this month, Rihanna simply let her hair down and partied to her heart’s content, the way that the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry normally do in the event.
But Rih-Rih was caught on video holding a rolled-up object in her hand which had those who have seen the clip speculate that it was possibly cocaine. The video immediately went viral in the internet and as expected, a number of the singer’s fans could not believe that their idol is into such a thing.
