After all, many of the fans of “Quantico” were undoubtedly drawn by the cast and the chemistry between some actors. Removing many of the original actors and bringing new ones on could save the show, but it could also spell disaster for it if that chemistry is no longer there.
The very premise of the show’s first season predisposed to the idea that some characters will be gone by the end of the season though, so that shouldn’t come as a surprise to many fans. In fact, it seems like some were expecting the producers to be even harsher towards the cast.
We’ve been seeing some promotional materials from the show’s set that inspire confidence in its future, at least for now. The producers seem well aware of their tricky situation, and the fact that they will have to make some changes to the show if they want it to survive.
Whether they will hit the right spots with those changes is hard to tell, and until then, there is plenty of room for speculation among the show’s fans. Who will still be left on the screen by the end of season 2, and what kinds of major changes can we expect to the relationships between characters? We’ve already been given a pretty big hint about Ryan and Alex, but there are other interesting relationships that can be explored in a lot more detail as well, and we expect the producers to show a lot of that in the new season.
