The summer finale of “Pretty Little Liars” Season 7 gave fans a slew of answers that will probably be enough for them to contemplate on until the show comes back in April.
Episode 10 picked up after episode 9 with the Liars sans Hanna enlisting the help of Mona and Caleb to find her.
As for Hanna, she’s got Noel Kahn tied up in a chair and has a knife ready to get answers out of him.
The Liars think Noel kidnapped Hanna and when Hanna finds this out, she calls Mona. Mona was at The Radley keeping an eye at Jenna. They meet at a clinic where Hanna is waiting for Noel’s blood test results.
Mona reveals that Noel still has the flash drive on him with clips of the Liars at the dollhouse. Mona suggests that it’s enough evidence to get him arrested, but Hanna wants to prove he’s A.D.
They then hatch a plan to buy some time which led to Caleb confessing his feelings for Hanna. Emily decided to stay with Alison where she learns that Ali is pregnant with Archer’s.
Elsewhere, Aria is preparing for Ezra’s return when she discovers on the news that Nicole was found alive in Colombia.
As for Spencer, she gives Toby one last goodbye kiss before he leaves with Yvonne. After spending the night with Caleb, Hanna gets Noel’s blood test results and says that it doesn’t match Mary Drake’s.
Emily faces Paige, who is furious that her ex-girlfriend is getting bewitched by Alison again.
When the Liars are at Spencer’s house, Hanna finally confesses that she kidnapped Noel and that he’s not related to Mary. They then go to the motel room where Hanna locked Noel but to their shock, Noel has escaped and has taken Hanna’s video camera.
The girls receive an anonymous text saying Noel is willing to trade the video camera for the flash drive.
Mona and Caleb are closely monitoring the actions of Jenna. They were shocked to find out that the girl they were following was not Jenna, but was actually Sydney.
As the Liars head to Noel, Mary Drake is seen hiding in the shadows. They hear Jenna’s voice telling them to drop the flash drive on the table. Hanna’s recording then starts to play.
The girls find Hanna’s camera and grab it, but Emily forgets her phone. Hanna goes upstairs to get it where they bump into Noel.
Emily and Hanna hide in a room while Aria, Spencer, and Alison come face-to-face with Jenna who has a gun.
In a fight for their safety, Emily and Hanna knock over Noel who accidentally decapitates himself with an ax he was holding.
When the Liars were about to leave the house, Jenna then begins firing her gun. The girls are almost out of the house when they realized that Spencer has been shot in the chest.
Jenna was supposed to kill Spencer but Mary Drake comes behind her and knocks her down. The Liars find Spencer being cradled by Mary Drake and singing her a lullaby.
Mary Drakes begs Spencer to keep fighting for her life and reveals that she’s her mother. Everyone in the room was left speechless. Her friends then become horrified when she closes her eyes.
After the shocking revelation, someone is seen dragging Jenna’s body away. The episode doesn’t end there, however.
It suddenly cuts to Toby’s truck in a terrible accident. Both Toby and Yvonne’ are unconscious and full of blood. An ambulance then is heard, but it looks like it’s not for the couple. The driver of the ambulance is the one who took Jenna as she was inside it.
