If the rumors were indeed on target, then “Left 4 Dead” and “Portal” will be the first two video game series from Valve to release the third installment. The company has been known to develop two-part games such as “Team Fortress,” “Half-Life,” and the two rumored games that are expected to come out this year.
Valve has yet to confirm these reports, though. However, many fans believe that it is only a matter of time before the company decides to make an official announcement.
The American game developer has been pretty mum about the third installments of its popular video games including “Left 4 Dead 3,” “Half-Life 3,” and “Portal 3.”
Of the three highly anticipated video games from its end, the least of the expectations are on the first-person shooter puzzle video game “Portal 3.” Obviously, while the “Portal” video game franchise has a tremendous amount of following, it’s not as huge as those of “Left 4 Dead” and “Half-Life.”
Although Valve Corporation has not been making any official pronouncement or statement with regards to the three franchises, all of the upcoming third installments of the video game series are getting good press online either through supposed leaks, rumors, or just plain hoaxes.
