Outlander Season 2 Episode 7 Subjects Viewers to a Traumatic Child Rape Scene!

Some conservative viewers and critics were actually upset about the child rape scene but Graphia explained that it is something that happened in the book, “Dragonfly in Amber” by Diana Gabaldon where Season 2 of “Outlander” is based, and they do not shy from things in the book. She added that they also trust that the audience can handle it, at least most of them.

Towards the end of the episode, Claire and Jamie finally decided to leave Paris and leave their traumatic memories behind, notes Radio Times.

The upcoming episode 8, to be aired on May 28, shall see the pair retreating to the relative calm of the Scotland highlands. Although life will never be the same again for them, a return to the rural setting will surely help in healing their wounds.

Claire and Jamie might have aborted their plan to prevent Bonnie Prince Charlie from taking back the British throne when they left Paris, but it does not mean that the story is over.

Based on the synopsis and photos of the upcoming eighth episode of “Outlander,” Claire shall also meet a seer, a woman who has visions of the future. Her chance meeting with the seer will prove useful to her and Jamie’s objectives. Although Claire knows the future already since she came from there.

She will also uncover a secret about Jamie’s rather complicated family history.
