Whoever the producers choose though, we expect that they would make a good choice as they understand the importance of that role and the major position that the character has in the plot of the show. If that character doesn’t live up to the expectations of fans, that could have some major negative implications for the show as a whole.
On the other hand, if the producers choose someone appropriate for her, it could easily shoot the show’s popularity up significantly, and that could end up being one of the better moves in the development of “Outlander”.
It’s important for the producers of a show to realize when a particular element of it (such as a character) is more important to fans and that they need to put more attention into its development, and considering how much talk there has been about Brianna Fraser recently, it makes sense that they would choose someone who can pull off that role properly.
Until we know who that is, we are likely going to see a lot of speculation among the community of the show’s fans, and as usual, it’s interesting to look at those discussions and follow the train of thought of some people attached to the show, as there are some interesting ideas out there that can be some food for thought.
