In a recent interview, Ruby Rose said that she is now unsure if she will come back for the fourth season of the TV show because filming has already begun in New York, but she has yet to be asked and do a shoot.
Given how Stella Carlin has become a fan-favorite character in “Orange is the New Black,” it would be totally absurd for the producers and the showrunner to just discard her away as they would sure to court the ire of the fans of the TV series.
Another actress Natasha Lyonne said that she is also not sure if she will be returning to Season 4 of “Orange is the New Black.”
Lyonne plays Litchfield’s favorite redhead inmate Nicky Nichols, and during Season 3 of “Orange is the New Black,” she was only seen during the first three of the 11 episodes.
Nicky took the fall for getting heroin inside the prison and she was sent to maximum security prison. As one of the fan-favorite characters of the series, Nicky’s absence was very noticeable, prompting fans to wonder when they would ever see the inmate back on screen.
Previous reports say that Season 4 of the TV series would also give focus on Nicky after she was hauled off to maximum security prison.
