But he did say that it’s entirely up to the writers whether or not his character will be making a comeback to the show, and the plot’s development is in their hands. Of course, he was hopeful that he would get a chance to continue his role and expand on his character.
The only thing he could add was the he wouldn’t be surprised if the writers have more planned for him, as he also seems to believe that there is too much potential in his character at the moment.
So he’s been keeping his fingers crossed for a comeback, and so have we, as it would definitely be great to see John Bennett coming back for some interesting developments.
Even if it’s just for a few episodes, that should be more than enough to expand on the character’s already dramatic personality and give viewers something enjoyable to watch in the new episodes. Not that we expect the show to be boring without him, but still, there’s no denying that his presence on the screen can add a lot if his character is used right. We’re going to find out over the next months as the filming goes on and actors are called in for their respective roles.
