HTC One M8 is the present generation flagship of HTC. It was released on March this year and continues to be one of the most premium devices in the world. On the other hand, the Oppo N3 looks like a promising device. It was featured in an Exp. release, 2014 December.
HTC One M8:
The HTC One M8 comes with the company’s propriety Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors. It has a full-HD display with 1920×1080 pixels, 5.0 inches in size and featuring an ultra-sharp 441ppi pixel density. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and runs on the HTC Sense UI 6.0 user interface. It makes use of a Nano-SIM slot, weighing in at just 160 grams.

The Oppo N3 is yet another premium device from Oppo featuring a 5.5 inches, 1080 x 1920 pixels with 403ppi pixel density. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with the Color OS 2.0 platform. It runs on the Android OS V4.4.4 KitKat platform. The superior performance of this device is fueled by the Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 CPU working on the Qualcomm MSM8974AA Snapdragon 801 chipset.
It has the same Adreno 330 GPU like the HTC One M8. It has a 32GB internal storage variant which is further upgradable to 128GB and runs on 2GB of RAM. It includes a 16 MP (Schneider-Kreuznach certified) rear-shooter with 3456 x 4608 pixels.
Similar camera functions include auto-focus, dual-LED flash, face detection, touch focus, geotagging, auto-panorama with motorized rotation and HDR.
