OnePlus Two Reported to Be Going through Additional Benchmarks!

One of the co-founders of OnePlus, Carl Pei, recently gave some brief details about the phone, although he didn’t officially confirm the processor that will be powering the new device. The only thing we know for sure right now is that the phone is being prepared for a Q3 2015 launch, and it could cost around Rs 25,000 once it’s released.

Can the new phone generate even more hype than its predecessor? The original OnePlus One was quite successful and immediately stole the hearts of gadget fans, but part of that was undoubtedly due to its clever marketing. If the company approaches the advertising of the new phone in a similar way, they may see it becoming just as successful.

But on the other hand, it’s also riskier at this point, as people might not be so easily lured by exclusivity this time. If the phone offers something exceptional that sets it apart from other devices on the market, then that would be a different story of course, but if OnePlus are hoping to sell it just based on its exclusive status, that might be more difficult.
