If you are going to make it big in the smartphone world, the first thing you have to do is release one smartphone that gets the attention of everyone. Just like OnePlus did with the OnePlus One. The smartphone hits the market in July this year, and will be reviewed very well and become a major success for a company that seemed to come out of nowhere to make new phones for the masses. The OnePlus One came to the market with the Nexus 5 and impressed just as much.
These days, it looks like the OnePlus Two is on the market and it has been taking over the news channels online since it was released. The premium smartphone, which is powered by Android, has some of the best features that you could hope for. Just like the model before it, the OnePlus Two is expected to be a lower priced, higher end smartphone that the company is hoping will get people to stop thinking about Apple and the iPhone.
Many companies have been down this road, however and few of them can keep up with the all-time sales leader. Just taking a glance at the OnePlus Two, there is one thing that was noticed almost immediately about it. The lack of NFC technology on the inside of the phone was bothersome for some reviewers and those that are getting used to making payments with Android Pay. Seems like a small thing to be missing when you sit back and compare the rest of the features it comes with.
The OnePlus Two has a fingerprint scanner, which seems to be the new normal feature these days, but being able to pair that up with Android Pay is going to be a little more tricky compared to having the NFC technology to get that done. Other features that you can love about your new OnePlus Two include, better LTE support, new CPU and way more RAM, plus improved imaging. All of those things are the main focus when consumers are looking to upgrade to a new smartphone.
Most of the smartphones on the market that are worth paying money for include 2GB of RAM. You are going to pay more for 3GB of RAM, but that is not the cap any longer. The OnePlus Two is going to move so quickly with 4GB of RAM, that you are not going to be able to keep up with it. The camera is another focus point and for the OnePlus Two, you are going to have an upgraded 16MP on the back side with a front facing, 5MP camera for taking epic selfies and making those important video calls to your 3-year old at lunch break.
