To assure the prospective buyers of its OnePlus Two, the Chinese smartphone maker said that it has taken all the necessary precautions and beyond to prevent overheating from occurring on their upcoming flagship smartphone.
The company disclosed that they have closely worked with the engineers of Qualcomm to integrate an improved version of the chipset in the OnePlus Two, and fine-tuned both hardware and software to make the OnePlus Two cooler than ever.
OnePlus also stated that it will likewise guarantee that the Snapdragon 810 processor will work with its Android-based OxygenOS which will be coming with the handset out of the box.
The Chinese smartphone maker also said that it has created a proprietary technology to handle a variety of tasks for Snapdragon 810. There will be eight CPU processors of varying sizes and shall have different tasks inside the OnePlus Two.
It further explained that one or two of the larger processors would be used for gaming that is heavy on graphics while the small processor would be used for simple SMS. The company said that it is one of the features of the ROM of its upcoming smartphone, intuitively knowing which processor should be used for what task thereby ensuring that no processor is overworked and thus prevent any overheating.
