OnePlus Two Falls Short of its Own Hype as the 2015 Flagship Killer!

As for the downsides, it has the lack of battery option because while the back is swappable, the battery is already built-in to the unit just like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. With Oxygen for an OS, it certainly has a lot of catching up to do with the other Android phones. And finally, it simply does not live up to its own hype but not of its own doing but because the flagships this year have really elevated the competition several notches higher.

Prior to the release of the OnePlus Two, the company issued a statement saying that its latest smartphone was not created to compete with the flagship smartphones this year and those to be released still early next year.

OnePlus claimed that it is more interested in looking further into the future because their OnePlus One has ignited a whole new way of thinking for them. The company also said that it has grown in number and experience but what remained constant is its insatiable hunger to create new waves in the industry.

OnePlus added that it has no intention of joining the ranks of the big players in the industry because it believes that its success and direction should not be dictated by the yardstick created by companies trying to stifle the innovation they purportedly inspire.

The Chinese smartphone maker also felt that it would really be tough to live up to its own hype that is why it came out already with its own official fallback just in case. Now, it already has a good excuse for itself.
