Demi Moore and Orlando Bloom are now dating although the two have yet to confirm their relationship in public.
Reports have it that the 52-year-old actress likes the positive and uplifting influence that the 38-year-old actor has given her, which Demi feels she needs at this point in her life, reports Yahoo! Celebrity.
The “Ghost” actress is quite impressed how positive the “The Lord of the Rings” actor is and she feels really attracted to him because of such attribute. The British actor is also thrilled and happy to find someone like Demi whom he has so much in common with.
The two stars have been single for a while. Demi separated from Ashton Kutcher in 2011 after being married for six years. Their divorce was only finalized in November 2013.
Orlando Bloom meanwhile has been previously married to supermodel Miranda Kerr but they finally agreed to separate in October 2013.
How it all started
It was actually Jennifer Aniston who introduced Demi to Orlando when she reportedly saw a good match in the two. And when things started hitting off between the two, Jen simply let them nurture their relationship.
A source close to Jennifer Aniston said that it was the “Friends” star who organized a double date at her place with her fiancé Justine Theroux.
Things went well from good so Jennifer recommended that Orlando and Demi do a private yoga class together. Orlando was okay with it and Demi simply could not refused so that’s when all the dating and relationship between the two started, cites the source.
The 14-year age gap did not pose a problem at all with the younger Orlando Bloom. For her part, Demi is not new at all to a May-December affair as she is 15 years older than her former husband of six years Ashton Kutcher.
Hitting it off quite well
Demi and Orlando have been hitting it off really well because they are both deeply spiritual individuals who love yoga, meditation and new-age philosophies, reveal a source close to the dating couple.
The two are said to be believers of the spiritual practice called Usui Reiki and they have been practising with each other for quite some time now.
It is said that the relationship at the moment is casual and is not yet exclusive. But it seems that the closeness between the two reveal otherwise. As a matter of fact, Orlando is actually a planning a trip for the two of them sometime soon.
A source said that the actor who played Legolas in “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy is planning to take Demi to a Buddhist retreat temple in India in March. Demi is said to be thrilled and excited about the two of them going to the place together.
