The Windows Phone OS enabled Nokia Lumia 830, 730 and the 735 are three of the latest released devices from Nokia. Two of the devices have the same look, feel and design like the highly popular Lumia 720. However, the Nokia Lumia 830 was released recently with a fresh new look and hardware. Each of these devices has decent capabilities. Therefore, let’s compare these devices and figure out how they fare against each other.
Nokia Lumia 730:
The Nokia Lumia 730 features a complete Dual SIM micro SIM support. It has a vibrant OLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors. It has a 4.7inches 720 x 1280 pixels display resolution with a 316ppi pixel density that is quite ideal for a device like this. Furthermore, it has a Clear Black Display and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with multi-touch input. It runs on the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS platform. Under the hood, it has a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU working on the aged Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset.
An Adreno 305 should be sufficient for your games and graphics related tasks but not being a great performing feature. It has an internal 8GB storage capacity with 1GB RAM. A microSD card slot allows it to be expanded to a whopping 128GB. It has a 6.7MP primary camera with Carl Zeiss optics, LED flash, and autofocus. Other features include 1/3.4” sensor size, geotagging, face detection, panorama with stereo-sound supplied video recording of 1080p@30fps. A 5MP secondary camera can also record full-HD videos.
Nokia Lumia 735:
The Nokia Lumia 735 uses a Nano-SIM and looks the same as the Lumia 730. Being a latest device, it has a 4.7 inches AMOLED capacitive display with 720p pixel resolution and a slightly less 312ppi pixel density. It has Nokia’s propriety Clear Black display and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU working on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset.
It runs on the latest Microsoft Windows 8.1 OS platform with an Adreno 305 GPU. The Lumia 735 has an internal 8GB storage capacity with 1GB RAM and upgradable to 128GB. It has the same primary and secondary cameras with same features of the Lumia 730.
Nokia Lumia 830:
The 830 is the eldest brother of the three with a 5.0 inches, 720 x 1280 pixels display resolution and a 294ppi pixel density. The display technology is the same as in the other two devices. It has the same hardware as the other two but a greater internal storage capacity of 16GB. The camera is also bumped at 10MP with the PureView Technology. The device includes secondary front camera of 0.9 megapixels with 720p support.
