Nicki Minaj, on the other hand, has released her third studio album last December 12, 2014. The female rapper co-produced the album alongside Lil Wayne, Ronald Williams, Birdman and a variety of other music producers.
Nicki said that this album was influenced by her traditional hip hop beginnings. Right after the album’s release, critics has already sent out raving reviews about her latest work and called it her strongest and most cohesive project to date.
It was ranked as one of the best albums in 2014. It was included on Billboard 200 with an outstanding first-week sales of 244,000 copies. On February 2015, the album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.
