Meanwhile, it has been 20 months since rapper-singer Nicki Minaj has released her third studio album entitled “The Pinkprint.” While a lot of people have been asking here when is she going to release her fourth studio album, the “Super Bass” singer appears not in a hurry to do so.
Contrary to rumors that she will be releasing a new album this year, it seems unlikely at this point in time since she wants to take some time off to reflect on her successes and failures with regards to her last album.
“The Pinkprint” did not do well in the market when it came out early last year so it was below the expectations of Nicki Minaj. While the album did peak at the No. 2 in the US Billboard album chart, it remains as her lowest-selling album thus far.
