Singer Miley Cyrus and her actor-boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger are good as engaged because the two spend so much time together and can hardly keep away from each other too.
While there has yet to be a proposal, the couple are so smitten with one another and both appear to be madly in love too, notes the Belfast Telegraph.
The only problem, as everybody knows already, is that Patrick’s parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, do not approve of the relationship because they believe that the 22-year-old singer is a bad influence to their 21-year-old son.
Despite the objection of his parents, Patrick continues with his relationship with Miley. At one point, her mother even threatened not to give his trust fund amounting close to $50 million which he would receive by the time he turns 25. But the young actor remained unperturbed, saying that he is willing to part ways with the millions due him than with Miley.
Wild side
The reason why Patrick’s parents are not in favor of Miley is because of her unorthodox way of raunchy dressing and her tendency to go wild during parties.
But apparently, Miley is crossing the wild side often because she actually feels insecure about her looks and thinks she does not get the attention she deserves, reports Yahoo! News.
Miley recently admitted to friends that she often overacts because she thinks she’s not beautiful enough to get noticed in other ways. She wants to have her own place in the industry based on her looks. Her friends are telling her that she’s beautiful and does not need to dress or act wildly at all.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer has shocked the entire world over the last couple of years when she transformed from a sweet belter to a very unorthodox-looking singer, cutting her hair and bleaching it bright blonde and has been opting for skimpy and very revealing outfits.
But what is important for Miley at this point is the fact that her boyfriend accepts her for who or what she is and that is why she’s so in love with him too.
Under her spell
Patrick and Miley began dating towards the end of last year. They have been often seen in public and apart from the PDAs, they really seem inseparable.
The pair recently went to Disneyland in California along with Mileys’ little sister Noah and they were really into each other amid the public attention.
Recently, Miley has been telling her friends that Patrick is under her spell and also said that she has found the one whom she would like to spend the rest of her life with.
Since their relationship will not work with Patrick’s family, Miley is reportedly entertaining notions that she and her boyfriend elope soon just to be together all by themselves. She admitted having told Patrick that they should run off to a tropical island or even Las Vegas and take the plunge soon.
