Celebrity pair Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have once again shown their generous side when they recently took part in NBC’s Second Annual “Red Nose Day” fundraising event on May 26.
It was their second appearance at the fundraiser in the same month, which indicates that they are really serious in contributing to the worthy cause of the event to make a significant difference in the lives of underprivileged children.
“Red Nose Day” is originally celebrated in the United Kingdom and eventually evolved to become a cultural phenomenon. Over the last 25 years, it has raised more than US$1 billion worldwide, details Hall of Fame Magazine.
A star-studded event
The event was launched in the US last year and was proclaimed as a special day for the people to gather together. Ashton and Mila were just among the many other celebrities who took part in the recent fundraiser.
Since it was launched last year in the US, the “Red Nose Day” has raised more than $23 million and the fund is now being used in all of the 50 states of the country as well as in 15 other foreign countries through programs that promote health, education, and safety to children.
The fund that was raised during the “Red Nose Day” late last month shall be allocated to bankroll projects in needy communities in America and in other poor countries around the world.
In addition to Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, other celebrities that were part of the “Red Nose Day” event included Ellen DeGeneres, Paul Rudd, Jack Black, Julianne Moore, Sarah Silverman, Liam Neeson, Tracy Morgan, Zac Efron, Ellie Kemper, Blake Shelton, Celine Dion, Anna Kendrick, Seth Rogen and Key & Peele.
The event also featured hilarious comedy skit performances that raised awareness about children in need as rendered by Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, and the other cast members of “The Walking Dead” TV series.
Serving her hubby well
Mila Kunis was spotted early this week picking up iced coffee for her husband at the Comoncy coffee shop in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old “Bad Moms” actress was shown displaying her gorgeous post-baby body in a pair of slim jeans.
From the looks of it, Mila appears to have come from a photo shoot as her makeup was still on and her hair looked curled at the ends, notes the Daily Mail.
The day before, it was Ashton who was spotted picking up take-out BBQ food for a Memorial Day party. He was seen dressed in lumberjack shirt as he collected bags from Boneyard BBQ restaurant in Studio City, California.
Last month, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis became ordinary fans once again during a concert of music diva Beyonce at Los Angeles.
Although the concert drew a lot of high-profile celebrities and sports personalities, Ashton and Mila decided to still keep a low profile for their date night as they came without their one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Wyatt Isabelle.
The couple was dressed casually but maintained coordinating looks for the concert held at the Rose Bowl.
The 32-year-old Mila Kunis, as usual, looked pretty in a khaki jacket and jeans while her 38-year-old husband wore a faded black top, jeans, and topping it off with a blue baseball cap.
The “Bad Moms” star also paired her military-inspired green jacket with skinny dark wash denim jean which she rolled at the bottom. She also wore white tennis shoes. She pulled her dark brunette locks into a bun.
Ashton, on the other hand, looked handsome in his black-fitted jean jacket, which he paired with dark wash denim bottoms and brown leather shoes.
While the celebrity couple got recognized by many other fans attending the concert, they also understood that the pair went to the concert of Beyonce to be fans like them as well.
