Microsoft Surface Book 2 to Come Out with the Latest Windows 10 Upgrade Called the Redstone 2

Tech enthusiasts believe that the Surface Book 2 may have a stunning 4K resolution or 3840 x 2160 screen resolution, which would really require the attachment between the keyboard and the screen to improve a lot.

When the Surface Book came out last year, it had a detachable screen, a Surface Pen support, an Intel Skylake dual-core processor, an NVIDIA-based discrete GPU, and comes with Windows 10 Professional onboard.

It also came out with a base price of $1,499. The pricing of the device is rather steep even on the higher end. The battery life of the device is less than satisfactory too.

Along with the issues on the detachable screen, these are the three drawbacks of the Surface Book and if Microsoft intends to make its predecessor a huge success, it has to address all these three factors, note critics.

They aver that Apple and Google are not being criticized for such things but Microsoft is so it is time for the Redmondian company to do some make-over on its laptop line to make it at least be at par with the competition. It seems that Microsoft has lived up to its goal in the development of the Surface Book 2 and the Surface Pro 5.

It remains also to be seen whether Microsoft indeed plans to capitalize on its recently revealed Play Anywhere program with any of its upcoming Surface Book hardware. But what seems clear is that next year would be the perfect time to bring out an additional gaming-focused device.
