Mia Khalifa Learns Her Lesson Not to Mess with Philadelphia Sixers’ Joel Embiid in Social Media!

Mia Khalifa is known to be a social media star and she is one of the few persons who can rightfully claim that she owns the turf, especially when it comes to sports.

But as the saying goes, there is always a time when somebody gets a match and for Mia Khalifa, it came rather too soon when she messed with the wrong NBA player – Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia Sixers.

When he was drafted back in the 2014 draft, every Sixers’ fan was pinning their hopes on the big fellow to become the next franchise player, as the team’s last most popular NBA player was Allen Iverson.

Unfortunately, Joel Embiid spent the last two seasons rehabbing an injured foot and it was only this past few weeks that he started playing for the Sixers and he seems to be living up to the hype as the team piled more wins when he is playing than losses.

It seems that during his downtime, Joel Embiid also honed his social media skills and he seemed to have picked the right time to do it and to no less than Mia Khalifa at that, reports Philly Voice.

A social media star in the making

While Joel Embiid continues to campaign for a spot in next month’s NBA All-Star Game and a date with his celebrity crush, Rihanna, Embiid’s Twitter and Instagram game has done almost as much for his chances of representing the Eastern Conference as his on-court play.

He is most especially good when it comes to shutting down his social media haters. Following Sunday’s win over the Brooklyn Nets, in which Embiid scored 20 points, the 22-year-old center posted a photo to Instagram of him posing alongside teammates Nerlens Noel, Ben Simmons, and Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill.

That post caught the eye of adult film star and Washington Wizards fan Mia Khalifa, who has been known to trash talk athletes on social media as well as blow up their spot if they try to slide into her DMs.

She reposted the photo with the caption, “Room full of Ls,” apparently in reference to the fact that the Sixers have lost more games this current season.

But not to be outdone, Embiid then posted a comment on the photo that left the adult film star, who usually gets the last laugh, speechless.

Embiid shot back on Instagram and posted ‘Says the women with miles of D.’ Obviously, he was referring to Mia Khalifa’s past in the adult entertainment industry. Mia learned her lesson and took to Twitter to warn her fans about what she encountered.

She posted on Twitter that she has learned her lesson not to mess with the Sixers, most especially Joel Embiid, notes the Inqusitr.

Still the most popular in Pornhub

Just a few weeks after breaking into the adult film industry late in 2014, Lebanese-American Mia Khalifa dislodged Lisa Ann as the most searched pornstar on the popular website Pornhub.

However, Mia Khalifa retired shortly from the business claiming later that it was just her rebellious phase coming into play which is why she decided to break into the pornography business.

Khalifa once said that women’s rights in Lebanon are a long way from being taken seriously if a Lebanese-American porn star that no longer resides there can cause such an uproar after her entry into the business created a stir in the Middle East.

She added that what she once boasted to people as being the most Westernized nation in the Middle East, referring to her place of birth, is apparently a devastatingly archaic and oppressed nation.

Mia Khalifa claims that her stint with the adult film business is all behind her now but in most of her pictures in social media, she seems to have kept some of her liberal traits as a former adult film star.

Interestingly, when Pornhub released its latest figure, at the start of this year for the entire 2016, Mia Khalifa remained as the most searched actress on the website.

Despite quitting the adult industry just months after she starred in her first adult film, she is still the most sought after adult actress online.
