Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite To Release In 2017, Game To Have Two-Member Teams, Wil Captain Marvel Be Featured In The Game?

While players weren’t happy with the decision to curb the number of team members, the decision was a well sought-out one. Peter Rosas, the co-producer of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite said that the decision to make each team have two characters would make the game accessible to the new players and also help the team members develop a better relationship.

Rosas said that the developers wanted to place importance on the spirit of the game and loyalty between team members, something that was absent in the previous editions. According to reports, the two-member teams will also remove the task of picking the third character.

While Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite didn’t appeal to the players with its decision to introduce two-member teams, Capcom decided to make things better with the players by adding a new gaming mechanism.

Capcom and Marvel haven’t been open about the upcoming game. They haven’t even confirmed the roster for the game. Rumors suggest that Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and Captain America will be a part of the Marvel force and on the Capcom side, the players will get to have Ryu, Morrigan, and Mega Man X.

The villain in the upcoming game will be Ultron after he is affected by the Sigma virus.
