What’s going on between Derek Schwartz and Sonia Granados on “Married at First Sight”? While we haven’t seen much activity between the two on the show itself, they seem to be sharing some pretty close moments on social media. It didn’t take long before fans of the show noticed this, and now it’s one of the hottest topics in their discussions about the show.
That’s not all that has been occupying the minds of fans recently though, as the situation between Nick and Cal Roberson also seems interesting. We saw a preview for an upcoming episode of the show in which Nick revealed that he wants to give up on the whole thing, and this immediately got fans wondering what they can expect in the next episodes.
The showrunners have been trying to reassure their fans that we’re going to see these problems addressed in the upcoming episodes, and fans shouldn’t worry about them. Still, considering that this is a reality show based on drama, telling fans not to worry about something usually has the exact opposite effect.

It doesn’t seem like things will have to go that far in any case, as Nick tried to backtrack on his statements soon after he made them, explaining that they were the side effect of a bad mood rather than a reflection of his actual thoughts. We don’t know how much truth there is to those claims, but in any case we’re going to find out soon enough.
The show has been moving in some rather strange directions lately, and its fans have been a bit worried about what the future might hold. But in the end, a reality show is not easy to steer in a specific direction, and to the producers’ credit, they have been doing everything they could to keep the tensions low.
The final result definitely doesn’t seem to be a negative one though, as the show has been enjoying good ratings and strong popularity. Whether or not it will remain in that state in the future is impossible to tell of course, but as long as the producers keep showing the same kind of attitude towards their fans, we expect that it will all work out.
It’s interesting to observe how the show has been utilizing interviews and such moments of “public relations” in order to steer the opinion of their fan base.
