Ensuring the sanctity of marriage
Apparently, the producers and the FYI network decided to take matters into their own hands in as far as the show’s direction is concerned so instead of coming up with three new couples, they focused on making do with their gains.
Season 3 of “Married at First Sight” is actually titled “The First Year” which means that the series wants to redeem itself big time, notes the Food World News.
Of the two couples in the upcoming season, it seems that Courtney and Jason have the stronger marriage while Doug and Jamie are still in the process of figuring out whether they are to make a go of their marriage or not.
According to reports, Jamie feels that she and her husband are already growing apart over the coming of days. She was even quoted as saying in a recent interview that from the time that she and Doug renewed their vows in St. Thomas, they just started pulling away from each other.
Jamie said that she just wanted that Doug and she would be on the same page and one of the main issues that have been bothering her is the fact that her husband does not want to have kids while she wants to. She feels that it is a deal-breaker for their relationship. However, Doug was said to be doing his best to make Jamie happy although he did not talk about the issue of having a baby.
