Her music video performances also enabled her to cop a role in the movie “The Book of Henry,” directed by “Jurassic World” director Colin Trevorrow.
Back in 2011, Maddie was an unknown eight-year-old girl who enjoyed dancing and went to a local primary school. That was when her mother Melissa Gisoni signed her up to appear in the dance competition reality show “Dance Moms.”
“Dance Moms” focuses on the early careers of the children that are enrolled in the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Consistent with its title, the show also features the mother of the young dancers and the way that they often pit their children against each other.
Sia noticed Maddie on the program and she immediately tweeted her if she would like to appear in one of her videos, which the young dancer gamely accepted.
Because of her surging popularity, Maddie has already become familiar with the celebrity status and lifestyle. In fact, back in October, Maddie was rumored to be already maintaining $2 million in her bank account and about four million followers on Instagram.
The lavish change in her was noted by fans when she was spotted wearing an Apple Watch and a pair of diamond stud earrings.
