According to some, this is actually a smart move on Luke’s part, and he’s showing a bit more wisdom than one would expect from someone his age. But then again, Luke Hemmings already has quite a bit of experience with his status as a celebrity, so he should know how to handle himself in these situations.
There have already been certain incidents with Arzaylea being the victim of attacks from fans of 5SOS, and that’s an additional valid reason for Luke Hemmings to be more reluctant to share their moments together with the world.
Perhaps after some time, fans of the band will become more accepting of the situation between the two, and will stop attacking Arzaylea (and Luke, as this seems to also be happening from time to time).
That is, if their relationship manages to continue in a stable way. Nobody knows for sure if the two will be together in a year or two, especially given their young age. A lot can change over time in a relationship like this, and the added pressure from the outside certainly isn’t helpful either.
With all that in mind, keeping things under wraps is definitely the right way for the couple to go, although the more curious among their fans will probably not mind the occasional peek “behind the curtains” to see what’s going on, and what the two have been up to.
