The name Luke Hemmings gets the girls crazy. He is one of the most popular members of the Australian boy-band 5 Seconds of Summer, which is creating quite a few ripples out there in the music industry.
5 Seconds of Summer had their second world tour recently along with One Direction and have showed potential by making their mark even with the number one boy-band 1D sharing stage with them. The boys have caught the attention of the world, not just with their music, but also with their cute boy-next-door look.
Luke Hemmings makes many a heart sing! Girls all around the world are dying to get a chance to watch those dreamy eyes and have that smile right in front of them. Starlet Bea Miller, who came to the limelight with the show X Factor Season 2, confessed having a major crush on Luke.
She recently broke a lot of hearts when she said that she would love to ask Luke Hemmings to marry her. Bea Miller was on-air with Ryan Seacrest at KIIS FM. While chatting casually about her music and the current boy band sensations, she said she was a fangirl of both One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer.
Bea was asked to ask take part at the Jingle Ball show at Staple Centre, along with big names like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and 5 Seconds of Summer. When Ryan Seacrest revealed that 5 SOS will also be performing at the venue, Bea innocently asks if Luke would be ‘weirded’ out by her asking him out. Ryan, who is known for his tricks, had Luke Hemmings on the line and asked him about Bea Miller’s proposal.
A blushing red Bea Miller couldn’t believe that it was Luke Hemmings talking to her on the other side and said that it might be a prank, to which Ryan Seacrest’s co-host Ellen K suggested that they could FaceTime so that Bea could believe that it was indeed Luke who had indirectly agreed to marry her.
Luke said that he was flattered and would say yes at the spur of the moment. Bea Miller was blushing red and resorted to saying that it must be a joke. Ryan immediately said that it was not a joke, but Luke Hemmings!
Ryan Seacrest says that it had previously happened on the show, when an artist had said they want to marry another artist, and they have actually ended up marrying. Luke Hemmings suggested that they could do it, which made Bea blush even more, and Ellen K go “whoa!” The show got the Luke Hemmings fangirls into a tizzy.
