Reality shows have been gaining popularity ever since the first season of the show Survivor. The typically reality show is not scripted and is really just like take a bunch of people with attitudes, putting them in the same area and watching their every single move with cameras. And that is the simple version of a reality show that people love to watch week in and week out. In a new reality show, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, a cast member sees that certain behavior is not tolerated.
According to reports, the VH1 network has suspended one cast member for instigating a brawl when the show was doing a reality show reunion. The cast member, Joseline Hernandez has been suspended by VH1, for the first four episodes of the next season. The suspension comes after something that happened during the reunion of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season 3. Joseline and her common-law husband Stevie J were involved in an altercation with friends on the show.
There was also a shouting match with other members of the show and Joseline and Stevie J had to be removed from the set. The other two that were involved in the brawl were actually fired from the show and that started a whole other story line. One of the fired participants, Benzino accused the producers of the show to be partial to Joseline and Stevie J. Benzino always claimed that the two were constantly under the influence of cocaine, but it appears that his accusations were not true.
Most of the time, reality show participants are paid when they are not on the show, but that is not going to be the case with Joseline Hernandez. According to reports, she will not only have to sit out the filming of the first four episodes, she will not “be paid for them regardless of what her contract may have otherwise stated.” Besides the fact that Joseline was suspended, there has been plenty of news related to her. Last season she was reportedly pregnant, according to her husband, but since then there has not been any visible baby bump.
Besides the fact that fans cannot see any baby bump, Joseline has been attending parties at night clubs with drinks in hand. That might not always mean anything to the person that is pregnant, but it is adding to the overall confusion of the entire situation. VH1 is bringing the reality hip hop show back and it will include members like Mimi, Erica Dixon, Karlie Redd, Lil Scrappy, Momma Dee, Nikko Smith and more.
