There are many couples on the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta television show and now that the fourth season is about to end, some fans are wondering if they are going to see the couple return for another. Just like with any other television show, there are plenty of rumors and speculation brought out by the fans of the show and even though many of them are denied, there are always a few that keep popping up.
One of those rumors is the fact that one couple will be leaving the to peruse a show of their own. Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta is already a spin off from the main show, Love & Hip Hop, but rumors are pointing to the fact that it will not be the only one. The show premiered back in 2012 on VH1 and it chronicles the lives of men and woman in the hip hop scene that takes place in Atlanta. In April of this year, the show started its fourth season.
There are many cast members, but only a few that are regular members of the original cast. Most of the others that you see throughout a season are just recurring and are not given regular roles. The first season had thirteen episodes and started back in June 2012. The second was renewed and the television network offered four more episodes bringing the total to seventeen for that season. The third season started back on May of last year and brought twenty full episodes of drama and that included three reunion episodes.
Throughout the first three seasons, most of the episodes would bring in about 2-3 million viewers each, with the most ever coming in the second reunion show of the first season. The total viewership was never more than 4.19 million viewers for any one episode, but in terms of a reality show in this category, the numbers were pretty good. For the fourth season, the numbers are slowly coming down as the season comes to a close and that could be why Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are reportedly leaving the show.
For reality shows like Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, it is common for couples or other stars to get their own spin off show if their personality reacts well with the viewers. The couple has reportedly been wanting off the show for a while now, but those rumors were never confirmed. That was until recently when the green light was finally given to the couple and their own project. The show is being referred to as “The Jordans Take L.A.” and it will follow the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta stars leave Atlanta and head over to L.A.
