Liam Hemsworth had a pretty exciting relationship going with Miley Cyrus, and the two even reached the point of engagement – but in the end, it seems things just weren’t meant to be between them as they ended up splitting. And while things were initially a bit dramatic around their break-up, with many fans on both sides expressing their disappointment and wishing for the couple to get back together, it looks like they’ve both been moving forward more or less successfully, finding something else to fill the void.
Hemsworth in particular has apparently managed to get over the break-up with Miley Cyrus just fine, and now he’s fallen deeply in love yet again. This time, with Maika Monroe, who worked alongside him on “Independence Day: Resurgence”. From what we’ve been hearing about the relationship between the two, it’s been going quite well so far, and Hemsworth has made some pretty serious comments about how the relationship makes him feel.
We’ve heard reports that the two have been spending hours together one on one, enjoying each other’s company a lot and sharing a lot of their interests and passions. And now, they are apparently trying to take their relationship even deeper, although we don’t know the exact details of how far they’re willing to go yet.
Some sources close to the couple claim that Hemsworth is actually quite deeply in love with Monroe, although he’s been having some trouble expressing his feelings to a certain extent, mostly because he feels shy around her and doesn’t quite feel ready to reveal how she truly makes him feel. That would be a bit strange to imagine for someone in the position of Hemsworth, with his life experience and social status, but it just goes to show that love can strike anyone at any time, and we’re never really prepared for how it can make us feel.
However, the two are probably going to take things slowly for the time being in order to be sure that they’re getting into the right relationship – on both ends. Hemsworth in particular would probably want to be more careful now that he’s gone through one failed engagement, as he likely wouldn’t want to get burned two times in a row. He’s also been thinking about a serious relationship for some time now, according to reports from people close to him. Hemsworth is apparently chasing after something similar to what his brothers have managed to build up for themselves, and he doesn’t want to go after random short-term relationships with no meaning attached to them.
Because of this, we can expect to hear only positive things about the relationship between him and Monroe in the future – if they are both planning to continue that and take it further, then they are obviously on the same page with regards to their long-term views and their current goals in life.

This was met with some controversial responses, with various voices claiming that Cyrus is just trying even harder to ride the hype train that her scandalous image created, and she’s doing anything she can come up with to cling on to her fame.
