Australian actor Liam Hemsworth is excited for the upcoming showing to global theaters of the final “The Hunger Games” movie in November.
While “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2” is about three months away, the actor has been keeping his fans updated on the developments regarding the film and the latest update about it through his Twitter account.
He plays Gale Hawthorne in the movie starring his best friend Jennifer Lawrence based on an adaptation of the best-selling novel series of Suzanne Collins.
Apart from re-tweeting the posts of the Mockingjay – Part 2, the official Twitter account of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2,” regarding updates on the movie, Liam has been tweeting about the upcoming trailer and also about fan meeting him during the upcoming premiere of the movie so that he would give them passes to see the movie.
Biggest break
While he started his acting career on television playing the role of Josh Taylor in the soap opera “Neighbours” and as Marcus on the children’s TV series “The Elephant Princess,” Liam’s first breakthrough in film was in 2010 when he appeared in the American film “The Last Song,” opposite Miley Cyrus.
He got a break when he was made to appear in 2012 with “The Hunger Games” movie series and chalked up four films to his name, three of which are already certified blockbusters.
However, Liam’s biggest break is about to come soon when he was officially casted as the lead star for the sequel to “Independence Day” officially titled “Independence Day: Resurgence” due to hit theaters in 2016.
Instantaneous and powerful connection
While he was filming “The Last Song” in 2009, Liam began a relationship with his co-star Miley Cyrus. After three years of having an on-again, off-again relationship, Liam and Miley decided to get engaged in June 2012. They lived together in Los Angeles but ended their relationship in September 2013.
In July 2014, Liam said that he and Miley would always be the best of friends because they had an instantaneous and powerful connection.
However, reports have it that Miley was extremely devastated after she and Liam broke up and it was the turning point of her life from being the sweet Miley Cyrus that people have known since her Hannah Montana days and she transformed to become the raunchy Miley of today.
Recently, after going again in a short-lived romantic relationship with Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger by Maria Shriver, Miley decided to come out in the open and admit to the whole world that she is a bisexual and that she is okay to having a relationship with either sex.
There are even rumors that the song “Wrecking Ball” of Miley Cyrus was actually in reference to how she felt when she and Liam broke up.
For his part, Liam Hemsworth found solace and comfort with the words and encouragement of his friend Jennifer Lawrence. While there have been rumors that there is something more in their relationship than just being friends, both Liam and Jennifer shot it down by saying that they are just BFFs and it really shows.
When Liam was made aware recently that Miley Cyrus is now dating the Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell, and the two have been very open about their relationship, complimenting it with a lot of PDAs, the actor said that he is very happy for Miley for finally being able to find herself, cites Hollywood Life.
Liam considers Miley’s new relationship with Stella is just the singer’s way of showing that she is just being Miley. He only wishes Miley the best. He is aware about the goings on with her because she is always all over the news or on the internet so nothing surprises him anymore with Miley.
