Bluetooth is another aspect of the phone where many users appear to be having constant problems, and it’s frequently reported that the device’s Bluetooth implementation suffers from poor performance and constant connectivity issues. It cannot connect to certain car stereos, and appears to be incompatible with some specific devices due to protocol differences.
Among the issues reported by owners of the phone trying to use its Bluetooth functionality, some even claimed that the device reboots upon disconnecting with certain Bluetooth devices. All in all, it looks like LG still have some flaws to iron out, but it’s not clear if these issues are caused by the Bluetooth implementation in the operating system, or if they’re more serious hardware flaws.
In any case, if the company is planning to release updates to remedy those issues, they should probably avoid repeating the fiasco with the forced update, as users definitely didn’t seem to take kindly to that one, and we’re not sure many of them would enjoy having the whole experience repeated all over again, especially those who don’t even use Bluetooth in the first place.
